About the role

We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to work with our new and used car sales team. We seek an experienced F&I professional who appreciates a well-run organization with clearly defined processes and who is looking to launch the next phase of their career!

Responsibilities

• Provides recommendations and assistance to customers to arrange the financing of their purchases.
• Presents customers with additional product offerings to enhance their vehicle and ownership experience.
• Ensures sales are structured to produce the highest profitability.
• Maintains proficiency and certification as required for the position.
• Accurately desk deals, submits deals to lenders for approval, makes credit decisions, and effectively closes deals.
• Safeguards every deal is fully aligned with local, state, and federal guidelines.
• Prepares paperwork and contracts and delivers deals.
• Accurately audits team deals post-sale and deeply analyzes for improvements.
• Guarantees the expeditious funding of all contracts.

Qualifications

• Experienced F&I Manager
• Eagerness to improve
• College degree preferred or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures
• Proficient at structuring deals for maximum profitability
• Well-versed in title laws and registration process
• Professional personal appearance and extraordinary verbal/written communication skills
• Expertise in negotiation and presentation skills
• Bilingual Spanish/English a major plus
• Valid driver’s license
