Automotive Finance and Insurance Producer

About the role

The Faulkner Automotive Group is seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated Automotive Finance and Insurance Producer to join their team at Mazda Trevose. This position offers the opportunity to establish a career and grow within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Work with customers to offer vehicle financing and insurance, and explain aftermarket products and extended warranties.
• Provide the sales team with information on the finance and lease programs, as well as the benefits of the dealership's financing and extended service programs.
• Secure competitive interest rates and financing programs from new and existing lending institutions.
• Process financing and leasing deals accurately and secure approval through financial sources and the proper federal, state, and corporate channels.
• Manage detail-oriented processes and maintain good working relationships with customers, co-workers, and lending institutions.

Requirements

• A High School Diploma is required.
• A Bachelor's Degree in Finance or a related field is highly preferred.
• One to two years of experience in the automotive industry.
• Excellent computer skills and detail orientation.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Ability to achieve sales goals with high customer satisfaction ratings.
• Ability to work well with customers, co-workers, and lending institutions.
• Highest ethical standards.
• A valid, clean driver's license.

Schedule

The typical schedule for an F&I Producer is Monday through Saturday with one day off during the week. F&I Producers are typically scheduled for 45-48 hours per week.
