Automotive Finance and Insurance Manager

The Faulkner Automotive Group is seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated Automotive Finance and Insurance Manager to join their team at Honda Doylestown. Responsibilities
- Work with customers to offer vehicle financing and insurance, and explain aftermarket products and extended warranties.
- Secure competitive interest rates and financing programs from lending institutions.
- Process financing and leasing deals accurately and secure approvals through financial sources and appropriate channels.
- Provide the sales team with information on the finance and lease programs, as well as the benefits of the dealership's financing and extended service programs.
- Manage detail-oriented processes and maintain good working relationships with current lenders.
- Work Monday through Saturday with one day off during the week, typically scheduling 45-48 hours per week.
Requirements
- A High School Diploma is required.
- A Bachelor's Degree in Finance or a related field is highly preferred.
- One to two years of experience in the automotive industry.
- Excellent computer skills and attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication skills to manage interactions with customers, co-workers, and lending institutions.
- Ability to achieve sales goals with high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Highest ethical standards.
- A valid, clean driver's license.
