Automotive Finance and Insurance Manager

Responsibilities

• Work with customers to offer vehicle financing and insurance, and explain aftermarket products and extended warranties.
• Secure competitive interest rates and financing programs from lending institutions.
• Process financing and leasing deals accurately and secure approvals through financial sources and the appropriate channels.
• Manage detail-oriented processes and maintain high customer satisfaction ratings.
• Work effectively with customers, co-workers, and lending institutions.
• Ensure compliance with highest ethical standards and maintain a clean driving record.

Requirements

• A High School Diploma is required.
• A Bachelor's Degree in Finance or a related field is highly preferred.
• One to two years of experience in the automotive industry.
• Exceptional computer skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to achieve sales goals with high customer satisfaction ratings.
• Highest ethical standards.
• A valid, clean driver's license.

Schedule

The typical schedule for an F&I Manager is Monday through Saturday with one day off during the week. F&I Managers are typically scheduled for 45-48 hours per week.
