We are seeking an experienced Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager to join our growing team. Responsibilities

  • Structure finance and lease deals to maximize profitability and lender approval rates
  • Present and sell F&I products including service contracts, GAP, maintenance plans, and other protection products
  • Secure financing through a network of lending institutions
  • Maintain strong relationships with banks, credit unions, and finance companies
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and dealership regulations
  • Prepare and review all finance and title documentation for accuracy
  • Manage the customer delivery process from contract signing through funding
  • Monitor departmental performance and profitability goals
  • Maintain exceptional CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) scores
  • Collaborate with the sales team to maximize customer satisfaction and dealership success

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of Automotive Finance Manager / F&I Manager experience required
  • Proven track record of F&I production and profitability
  • Strong experience with special finance and lease transactions
  • Knowledge of lender programs and financing structures
  • Thorough understanding of state registration, title, tax, and compliance requirements
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • High level of integrity and attention to detail
  • Proficient with dealership management and finance software
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
