About the role

BMW of Ridgefield is seeking an Automotive Dispatcher to support the Service Department. The role oversees workflow, maximizes technician productivity, and ensures every customer receives a premium BMW experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily flow of the service drive
• Dispatch repair orders and distribute work efficiently among technicians
• Maintain technician productivity and monitor shop capacity
• Support customer inquiries and provide a high level of service
• Communicate effectively with Advisors, Technicians, and Management
• Help ensure available technician time is utilized efficiently

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Basic computer proficiency
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Positive, professional attitude
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Clean and valid driver's license
