About the role
Cottage Grove CDJR is seeking an experienced Service Advisor.
Responsibilities
- Manage customer service interactions in a professional manner
- Diagnose and repair vehicles according to manufacturer specifications
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding vehicle issues and solutions
- Ensure all service procedures are completed accurately and efficiently
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
- Utilize dealership software systems to manage appointments and track service history
Requirements
- At least 1 year of automotive dealership service advising experience
- Strong computer skills, particularly proficiency with dealership software
- A stable work history
- R&R (Repair and Refurbishment) experience is a huge plus
