About the role
Answer inbound calls, texts, and internet inquiries with a friendly, professional approach.
Make outbound calls to potential customers—don’t worry, we’ll provide the leads!
Follow up with customers who have shown interest in a vehicle but haven’t taken the plunge yet.
Aid the sales team by setting appointments and keeping our CRM in tip-top shape.
Be a key part of our customer experience, making sure everyone who contacts us feels heard and valued.

- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment (calls, emails, chats—you got this!)
- Previous experience in a call center, sales, or customer service is a plus but not required
- Comfortable making outbound calls—we’ll train you on everything else
