Automotive Accounting Specialist

About the role

Responsible for providing accounting support to the finance department. This includes but is not limited to processing invoices, maintaining financial records, and assisting in financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices and ensure timely payment to vendors.
• Maintain accurate financial records and reconcile accounts.
• Avoid discrepancies in financial statements through thorough review and analysis.
• Support the preparation of financial reports and presentations as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience in accounting or finance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
• Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Pay

Schedule
