Job Responsibilities
- Knows and understands the manufacturer warranty policies and procedures manual
- Establishes and maintains a productive relationship with the manufacturer warranty representatives
- Reviews every warranty repair order for completion and accuracy
- Determines and enters the applicable labor operation codes, failure codes, and any other administrative data required
- Reviews all returned and rejected warranty claims and prepares the repair orders for immediate re-submission
- Maintains a record of all claims submitted, returned, rejected, or paid
- Provides weekly reports to the Service Director regarding claim status
Job Requirements
- Previous automotive warranty administrative experience required "Minimum of 2 years"
- The individual must possess a high degree of personal ownership and accountability
- The individual must possess a high degree of integrity and professionalism
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- The ability to be analytical and multi-task
- Self-motivated enthusiastic presence in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Reynolds and Reynolds experience is a plus but not required
- Toyota experience is a plus but not required
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
