Job Responsibilities

  • Knows and understands the manufacturer warranty policies and procedures manual
  • Establishes and maintains a productive relationship with the manufacturer warranty representatives
  • Reviews every warranty repair order for completion and accuracy
  • Determines and enters the applicable labor operation codes, failure codes, and any other administrative data required
  • Reviews all returned and rejected warranty claims and prepares the repair orders for immediate re-submission
  • Maintains a record of all claims submitted, returned, rejected, or paid
  • Provides weekly reports to the Service Director regarding claim status

Job Requirements

  • Previous automotive warranty administrative experience required "Minimum of 2 years"
  • The individual must possess a high degree of personal ownership and accountability
  • The individual must possess a high degree of integrity and professionalism
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • The ability to be analytical and multi-task
  • Self-motivated enthusiastic presence in a team environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Reynolds and Reynolds experience is a plus but not required
  • Toyota experience is a plus but not required
  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
