Auto Glass Installation Technician

About the role

Collaborate closely with our collision and service centers to ensure the highest standards of quality and safety in the removal and installation of automotive glass. Responsibilities include removing and installing quarter glasses, windshields, and tailgate glasses on both new and older vehicle models, ensuring all installations meet our quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Remove and install quarter glasses, windshields, and tailgate glasses on various vehicle models
• Ensure all installations meet Faulkner’s quality standards
• Maintain a strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment
• Follow manufacturer’s specifications for installations
• Provide excellent customer service
• Work collaboratively with co-workers in collision and service centers

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Proven experience in automotive glass installation and removal preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment
• Automotive collision training highly preferred
• Commitment to excellent customer service
• Ability to work well with co-workers
• Ability to perform job functions that require bending, standing, lifting, and reaching
