As an Auto Damage Trainee, you'll provide reassurance and solutions that make a difference in our customers' lives when they need us the most after an accident. You will inspect and assess vehicle damage, estimate vehicle repair costs, negotiate equitable settlements, and partner with body shops, rental companies, and parts providers.
Responsibilities
- Assess vehicle damages and estimate repair costs
- Work with body shops, rental companies, and parts providers
- Negotiate equitable settlements
- Resolve customer concerns to ensure a positive experience
- Drive customer satisfaction through meaningful interactions
Compensation
- Starting salary: $30.53 per hour / $61,500 annually
- Shift differentials: +10% for evening shifts; +20% for weekends
- Sign-on bonus: $1,500 for licensed candidates
