About the Role

As a Staff Auditor at Crowe, you will participate in annual audit, review, and compilation engagements for a variety of clients. Your work will include all aspects of financial statement preparation, assisting with engagement planning, and performing technical tasks to develop your skills. You will build and maintain strong client relationships, collaborate with your audit team to resolve issues, and contribute creatively to enhance our services.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in audit, review, and compilation engagements.
  • Assist in planning and executing financial statement engagements.
  • Perform technical audit work to develop and refine skills.
  • Maintain strong client relationships to increase satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with audit teams to identify and resolve client issues.
  • Work with client management and staff at all levels to deliver audit services.
  • Uphold Crowe’s values of Care, Trust, Courage, and Stewardship.
  • Act ethically and with integrity at all times.

Requirements

  • 1 to 2 years of recent and relevant public accounting external auditing experience.
  • Meet the education requirement for CPA certification.
  • Ability to work additional hours as needed and travel to client sites.
  • Strong organizational, social, technical, and accounting/auditing skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage concurrent engagements.
  • Full-time or seasonal work arrangement options available.

Pay

A reasonable estimate of the current range is $62,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on skill sets, experience, training, licensure, certifications, and other business needs.
