About the role

As a Staff Auditor, you will:

• Participate in annual audit, review, and compilation engagements with a variety of clients.
• Assist with planning engagements and participate in all aspects of financial statement preparation.
• Perform a large amount of technical work and continue developing technical skills.
• Maintain exceptional client relationships to increase customer satisfaction, working with client management and staff at all levels to perform audit services.
• Collaborate with your audit team to identify and resolve client issues discovered during the audit process.
• Be encouraged to be creative and develop expertise to make a difference at the firm.
• Meet the education requirement for CPA certification.
• Work additional hours as needed and travel to various client sites.

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of recent and relevant public accounting external auditing experience.
• Strong organizational, social, technical, and accounting/auditing skills to work effectively with clients and staff.
• Ability to multi-task, as planning, executing, and wrapping up various engagements may need to be performed concurrently.

Pay

A reasonable estimate of the current range is $62,000 - $100,000 per year. The wage range considers factors such as skill sets, experience, training, licensure, certifications, and business needs.
