About the role

As a Staff Auditor, you will:

  • Participate in annual audit, review, and compilation engagements with a variety of clients.
  • Assist with financial statement preparation and engagement planning.
  • Perform technical work to develop and refine your auditing skills.
  • Maintain strong client relationships to enhance customer satisfaction, working with client management and staff at all levels.
  • Collaborate with your audit team to identify and resolve client issues discovered during the audit process.
  • Be encouraged to innovate and develop expertise to make a meaningful impact at the firm.

Requirements

  • 1 to 2 years of recent and relevant public accounting external auditing experience.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and technical skills, with a focus on accounting and auditing.
  • Ability to multitask, as you may need to plan, execute, and wrap up multiple engagements concurrently.
  • Meet the education requirement for CPA certification.
  • Ability to work additional hours as needed and travel to various client sites.

This role is open to full-time or seasonal work arrangements.

Pay

A reasonable estimate of the current range is $62,000 - $100,000 per year, taking into account skill sets, experience, training, licensure, certifications, and other business needs.
