About the Role

As a Staff Auditor at Crowe, you will participate in annual audit, review, and compilation engagements with a variety of clients. You’ll engage in all aspects of financial statement preparation, assist with engagement planning, and perform technical work to develop your skills. Building strong client relationships and collaborating with your audit team to resolve issues are key parts of this role. Responsibilities

  • Participate in audit, review, and compilation engagements for diverse clients.
  • Assist in planning and executing financial statement preparation.
  • Perform technical audit work to develop and refine your skills.
  • Maintain strong client relationships to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with your audit team to identify and resolve client issues.
  • Work with client management and staff at all levels to deliver audit services.

  • Act ethically and with integrity at all times.

Requirements

  • 1 to 2 years of recent and relevant public accounting external auditing experience.
  • Ability to meet the education requirement for CPA certification.
  • Strong organizational, social, technical, and accounting/auditing skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, as planning, executing, and wrapping up engagements may overlap.
  • Willingness to work additional hours as needed and travel to client sites.
  • Available for full-time or seasonal work arrangements.

Pay

A reasonable estimate of the current wage range for this role is $62,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on factors such as skill sets, experience, training, licensure, certifications, and business needs.
