AUDIT MANAGER

What You Will Do

• Lead and manage audit engagements for a diverse portfolio of clients, with a strong concentration on non-profit organizations.
• Supervise and mentor audit staff, providing guidance and support for their professional development.
• Review and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable standards and regulations.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor and resource.
• Collaborate with partners and other senior staff to identify business development opportunities and contribute to the growth of the firm.
• Stay current with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure the highest level of service to clients.

Your Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• CPA license certification required.
• 5+ years’ financial statement audit experience, some experience with non-profit audits preferred.
• Proven leadership abilities and a commitment to fostering a collaborative team environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.
