About the role
Serves as an Audiovisual Producation Specialist in support of the training, education, and communcation functions of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Learning Center.
Responsibilities
- Develops and produces audiovisual materials for various training and educational programs.
- Collaborates with trainers and educators to ensure materials meet learning objectives and are engaging.
- Assists in the planning and execution of multimedia presentations and events.
- Maintains and updates audiovisual equipment and facilities to ensure optimal performance.
- Monitors and evaluates the effectiveness of audiovisual materials and makes necessary adjustments.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Audiovisual Technology, Communications, Education, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in audiovisual production or a related field.
- Knowledge of audiovisual equipment and software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
- Experience with lighting and sound systems.
- Understanding of multimedia design principles.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
