Position Summary

The audiovisual (AV) Project Manager is responsible for managing audiovisual (AV) integration projects from planning through completion. This role serves as the primary point of contact for customers during project execution and works closely with internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and according to scope.

This position requires strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. This position offers the opportunity to manage a variety of commercial AV integration projects while partnering with customers and cross-functional teams to deliver successful project outcomes.

What You'll Do

  • Manage multiple AV integration projects from project kickoff through closeout.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout project execution.
  • Develop and manage project schedules while balancing scope, budget, quality, and timelines.
  • Cook up internal resources, installation teams, subcontractors, vendors, and equipment procurement.
  • Maintain project documentation, including meeting notes, schedules, RFIs, change orders, punch lists, and project closeout documentation.
  • Coordinate project logistics, equipment deliveries, and installation schedules.
  • Support installation teams with system testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning when needed.
  • Ensure projects comply with company standards, customer requirements, and OSHA safety regulations.
  • Attend customer meetings, project reviews, safety meetings, and required training.
  • Maintain required certifications and participate in ongoing professional development.
