About the role

We are looking for an Audio Visual Project Manager whose attitude, skills, and work ethic will embody our mission “to provide a fantastic customer experience.” This role is ideal for a dynamic and highly organized self-starter who is passionate about AV, thrives in a collaborative environment, and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves to get the job done on time. You’ll handle all aspects of successfully executing AV integration projects without micromanaging, delegate responsibilities efficiently, and maintain exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary liaison between clients and technical operations staff
  • Manage project timelines, specifications, and budgets while ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle
  • Lead and motivate project teams, oversee training and performance, and delegate tasks effectively
  • Support national account projects and coordination
  • Oversee multiple job sites across various locations simultaneously
  • Assist AV installation teams with project execution, including installation, programming, and punch list completion
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support project success

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of A/V Install and Project Management experience
  • Knowledge of the AV industry, serving as the main point of contact for clients and employees during AV/Conference solution implementation
  • Customer service experience is a must—our customers are our top priority
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to represent our company professionally
  • Ability to work independently with minimal guidance while knowing when to ask for help
  • Eagerness to learn and readiness to tackle any situation

An associate’s degree is preferred but not required; we value experience, skill level, and what you bring to the table as an individual.
