Audiovisual Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced AV Project Manager to lead the delivery of enterprise audiovisual and collaboration solutions within a global business environment. This role combines technical AV expertise, client-facing engagement, and end-to-end project leadership across complex workplace and collaboration environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead AV projects from initial design through to completion and handover
• Act as the main technical advisor for clients and stakeholders
• Design enterprise AV systems for meeting rooms, collaboration spaces, and digital signage
• Work with platforms including Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Cisco Webex, and Poly systems
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, resources, and delivery milestones
• Cook up project coordination between internal teams and external AV integrators
• Manage Bills of Materials, vendor quotations, and procurement alignment
• Ensure technical documentation including drawings, as-builts, and test results are completed
• Support installation, commissioning, testing, and user acceptance phases
• Provide troubleshooting support and executive-level end-user assistance
• Maintain AV standards and support future technology roadmap planning

Your Profile

• Experience in AV design, integration, or project management
• Strong background in enterprise AV and unified communications environments
• Knowledge of IP-based AV systems, networking fundamentals, and DSP/control systems
• Experience with Cisco, Poly, Microsoft Teams Rooms, and Zoom Rooms
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and cross-functional teams
• Strong communication skills with both technical and executive stakeholders
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working under pressure
• AVIXA CTS (CTS-D or CTS-I preferred)
• PMP certification is a plus
