Audio Visual Service Specialist
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues
- Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure all systems are operating at optimum levels
- Work with Programmers as needed to load updated files
- Perform other tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Knowledge of the AV industry
- At least 4 years of experience with AV integration installations and troubleshooting
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Customer Service Experience: A must!
Qualifications
- An associate's degree is preferred, but not required
- Eager to learn and ready to tackle any situation
