About the role

The Loaner Car Coordinator at Audi Ft. Washington plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the service center. They are responsible for coordinating loaner vehicles, managing loaner contracts, and providing a high level of customer service.

Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare loaner vehicles for customer use
• Ensure loaner vehicles are filled with gas and have sufficient fuel
• Check in loaner vehicles for any damage and ensure proper documentation is completed
• Administer TSD loaner car software to manage loaner vehicles
• Line up and prepare loaner vehicles for early morning appointments
• Escort customers to their vehicles, inspect them for pre-existing damage, and fill them with fuel

Requirements

• High School degree or equivalent
• Basic computer skills including Windows, Office, email, and familiarity with various PC-based programs
• Ability to read and understand simple instructions, memos, and correspondence
• Effective communication skills to interact with customers and colleagues
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record

Qualifications

• Understanding of basic automotive maintenance and operations
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite

Pay

The starting pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.74 USD per hour, with potential for growth based on performance and experience.

Schedule

The Loaner Car Coordinator works regular full-time hours, typically Monday through Friday, with some flexibility for early morning appointments.
