Loaner Car Coordinator

About the role

One of the perks of owning a BMW vehicle is the complimentary loaner vehicle that is available for clients to use when their own car is in for service. The ideal candidate for this position will keep the loaner fleet organized, ready and in good condition for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the organization and maintenance of our service loaner car fleet.
• File accident reports.
• Perform general office-type duties like emailing, copying, filing and faxing.
• Assist the Service team with administrative tasks.

Requirements

• Strong commitment to customer service.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Basic computer skills.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Schedule

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 11:00am - 8:00pm
Wednesday: 11:00am - 6:00pm
Saturday: 9:00am - 5:00pm
