Attorney/s - Commercial Real Estate

About the Role

The firm represents clients in sophisticated commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions and dispositions, commercial leasing, and real estate financing transactions. The ideal candidates will have developed their commercial real estate practice in a private law firm environment and have strong transactional, drafting, negotiation, and client-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in commercial real estate acquisitions and dispositions.
• Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements and related transaction documents.
• Handle commercial leasing matters for landlords and tenants.
• Represent borrowers and lenders in real estate financing transactions.
• Conduct and oversee real estate due diligence.
• Manage transaction closings and related documentation.
• Work directly with clients, opposing counsel, lenders, brokers, and other transaction participants.
• Manage multiple transactions efficiently while maintaining a high level of client service.

Requirements

• Experience practicing as a transactional commercial real estate attorney in a private law firm setting.
• Experience with one or more of the following:
  • Commercial real estate acquisitions and dispositions
  • Purchase and sale agreements
  • Commercial leasing
  • Real estate financing
  • Due diligence and closings
• Strong drafting, negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to independently manage transactions and work directly with clients.
• Strong commitment to client service, responsiveness, and attention to detail.
