Commercial Real Estate Attorney
About the role
Moore & Van Allen PLLC, a prominent southeastern law firm with a national practice, is actively seeking either a staff attorney or counsel with 5 or more years of relevant experience to join its dynamic Commercial Real Estate team in its Charlotte office.
Responsibilities
- Handle a wide range of commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions and dispositions, commercial leasing, due diligence, joint ventures, and financing transactions.
- Play a key role in managing deals and advising real estate developers, landlords, property managers, and business clients, throughout the transaction lifecycle.
Requirements
- Law Degree
- Eligibility for North Carolina Bar admission is preferred.
