Commercial Real Estate Attorney

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial real estate lending and finance, with experience representing lenders and institutional clients in secured transactions.

• Experience representing banks, private lenders, or other financial institutions
• Proven ability to handle transactions involving:
• Loan origination, modification, and restructuring
• Drafting and negotiating loan documents
• Secured transactions involving commercial real estate
• Due diligence, title and survey review, and closing coordination

Responsibilities

• Represent lenders and institutional clients in secured transactions
• Handle loan origination, modification, and restructuring
• Draft and negotiate loan documents
• Manage due diligence, title and survey review, and closing coordination

Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active bar admission in the applicable jurisdiction (or ability to obtain promptly)
• 3–7+ years of experience in commercial real estate finance and lending transactions
