About the role

Corporate and Real Estate Attorney

Responsibilities

  • Management of district (some county and administrative) court cases through all phases including evaluation, intake, transactions, and corporate/real estate matters.
  • Manage transactional HOA cases including breach of fiduciary duty, breach of contract, FHAA complaints, covenant enforcement, judicial foreclosures, and other real estate matters.

Requirements

  • License to practice law in Colorado is required.
  • 5 plus years of real estate and corporate, and transactional experience.

Qualifications

  • Strong background in complex Commercial litigation.
  • Experienced in complex Commercial litigation.
  • Strong courtroom and advocacy experience.
  • Experience with trial and hearing procedures including the Colorado and Federal Rules of Civil Procedures.
  • Collaborative and client-focused approach.

Skills

  • Exceptional research, writing, and analytical skills.
  • Confidence in representing clients in various legal settings (deposition, hearing, mediation, and trial).
  • Ability to manage a full litigation caseload.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
