About the role
Corporate and Real Estate Attorney
Responsibilities
- Management of district (some county and administrative) court cases through all phases including evaluation, intake, transactions, and corporate/real estate matters.
- Manage transactional HOA cases including breach of fiduciary duty, breach of contract, FHAA complaints, covenant enforcement, judicial foreclosures, and other real estate matters.
Requirements
- License to practice law in Colorado is required.
- 5 plus years of real estate and corporate, and transactional experience.
Qualifications
- Strong background in complex Commercial litigation.
- Experienced in complex Commercial litigation.
- Strong courtroom and advocacy experience.
- Experience with trial and hearing procedures including the Colorado and Federal Rules of Civil Procedures.
- Collaborative and client-focused approach.
Skills
- Exceptional research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Confidence in representing clients in various legal settings (deposition, hearing, mediation, and trial).
- Ability to manage a full litigation caseload.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
