Our client, a successful law firm, is seeking an accomplished attorney to join a well-established litigation team focused on medical malpractice defense and related healthcare matters. This opportunity is ideal for a lawyer who wants to handle sophisticated advocacy work while building a long-term practice in a collaborative and respected legal environment. Role: Medical Malpractice (Defense) Associate AttorneyLocation: Concord, NHSchedule: Hybrid, in office 4 days a week during onboarding then flexibility to be remote 3-4 days a weekSalary: $115,000 - $130,000+ (depending on experience) and bonus program Responsibilities:Independently manage a caseload involving medical malpractice claimsWork closely with other attorneys, team members, and Partners on legal projectsRegularly handle court appearances and depositionsCommunicate with clients and provide status reports Requirements:2 or more years of medical malpractice defense experience required.J.D. from an accredited law school.Trial experience preferred but not required. Excellent academic qualifications.Strong research, writing and communication skills.Must be admitted to practice in New Hampshire.
