Attorney
Waukesha County Corporation Counsel office is seeking an attorney to join its team. Initial responsibilities include Chapter 48 guardianships, child in need of protection or services (CHIPS), termination of parental rights (TPR) matters, and Section 938.13 juvenile in need of protection or services (JIPS) matters. This position will share the juvenile caseload with another attorney and may include representing one or more county departments.
Responsibilities

- Manage Section 938.13 juvenile in need of protection or services (JIPS) matters
- Share juvenile caseload with another attorney
- Represent one or more county departments as needed
Requirements
- Graduation from an ABA accredited law school
- Admission to the Bar in the State of Wisconsin
Pay
Starting salary range: $97,822–$122,886 (full range extends to $147,930).
