About the role

Nutter McClennen & Fish seeks an Associate or Of Counsel to join our Real Estate Leasing Practice.

Candidate must have extensive experience representing both landlords and tenants in all aspects of commercial real estate leasing, including office, industrial, life sciences and retail leasing. Experience with the fundamentals of real estate acquisitions, dispositions, zoning, construction, and/or development and permitting a plus.

The ability to work both independently with minimal supervision and in teams is essential. A demonstrated record of client service is strongly desired.

Responsibilities

Represent both landlords and tenants in all aspects of commercial real estate leasing, including office, industrial, life sciences and retail leasing.

Experience with the fundamentals of real estate acquisitions, dispositions, zoning, construction, and/or development and permitting a plus.

Demonstrate a strong record of client service.

Requirements

A minimum of 5 years of experience.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate would have a minimum of 5 years of experience and would work in our Boston or NYC office.

Skills

Pay

$250,000 - $320,000 based on experience
