Key Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload independently while collaborating with senior attorneys and support staff
- Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, briefs, contracts, and other legal documents
- Represent clients in negotiations, hearings, depositions, mediations, and/or court proceedings as applicable
- Communicate clearly and proactively with clients regarding case status and strategy
- Review and analyze contracts, agreements, and other legal documents for accuracy and risk
- Stay current on relevant laws, regulations, and case precedents affecting practice areas
- Collaborate with paralegals and administrative staff to ensure efficient case management
- Maintain thorough, organized, and up-to-date case files
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in MO
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
- Proficiency with legal research tools and standard office software

Salary: $150,000 - $220,000 per year
