Responsibilities

• Handle all aspects of discovery, including depositions.
• Attend court conferences.
• Draft motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
• Argue motions.
• Communicate with clients.

Requirements

• Prior medical or dental malpractice defense experience is a plus but not required.
