Key Responsibilities

• Represent financial services clients in a wide range of litigation matters, including mortgage-related disputes
• Manage cases through all phases of litigation in state and federal courts
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings and motions, and contribute to case strategy

Qualifications

• Active California bar license in good standing (Texas admission is a plus)
• 6+ years of civil litigation experience, ideally with exposure to mortgage or financial services defense
• Strong research, writing, and analytical abilities

Compensation
