Key Responsibilities

• Manage a docket of workers' compensation and personal injury matters
• Handle cases from intake through resolution, including investigation, discovery, motion practice, hearings, and trial
• Maintain regular client communication and case strategy development
• Work collaboratively with a dedicated paralegal and litigation team
• Conduct legal research, prepare pleadings, and represent clients at hearings and trials

Qualifications

• 3+ years of litigation experience
• Workers' compensation and/or personal injury experience preferred
• Hearing and trial experience required
• Strong legal writing, research, advocacy, and communication skills
• Self-motivated professional who thrives in a collaborative environment
• Commitment to client service and community involvement
