The Role

The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, be able to problem solve and develop independent case strategies with minimal supervision and have the desire to work in a fast-paced litigation group. The candidate should be a motivated self-starter with strong skills in writing, analysis, and research.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage cases independently with minimal supervision.
• Provide legal advice and representation in medical malpractice, professional malpractice, bad faith, and/or complex commercial litigation.
• Collaborate with colleagues to build and maintain relationships with clients and opposing counsel.
• Contribute to the development of new business opportunities and client relationships.

Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• 5+ years of litigation experience.
• Experience in medical malpractice, professional malpractice, bad faith, and/or complex commercial litigation preferred.
• Colorado Bar Admission.
• Strong organizational and case management skills, including managing multiple cases at once.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
