MCCABE, WEISBERG AND CONWAY, LLC is a women-owned law firm operating in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, Washington D.C., Virginia, and Florida. The firm is nationally recognized for its expertise in the legal default servicing space, representing Mortgage Lenders, Banks, and Financial Institutions in foreclosure, bankruptcy, eviction, and REO matters.

Responsibilities

• Managing and prioritizing a large caseload
• Drafting and reviewing pleadings to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations
• Attending hearings and status conferences
• Interacting with clients, opposing counsel, and MWC team members
• Providing creative solutions to complex problems to mitigate client risk

Requirements

• Juris Doctorate and member in good standing of the PA and NJ Bar

Qualifications

• Attorney with 2-3 years of Foreclosure litigation experience
• Diverse/ minority candidates encouraged to apply

Skills

• Experience with title, bankruptcy, foreclosure, and/or mortgage banking
