Attorney

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of personal injury matters, including motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, and other negligence claims, from intake through resolution
• Conduct client interviews, case evaluations, legal research and depositions
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests/responses, and settlement demands
• Negotiate settlements and attend mediations, arbitrations, and court appearances
• Communicate regularly with clients, adjusters, medical providers, and other stakeholders
• Supervise and collaborate with paralegals and support staff to ensure timely case progression

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of personal injury experience, preferably in personal injury law at a Georgia based law firm
• Candidates with prosecutorial experience are encouraged to apply
• Bilingual (English and any other language) is a plus
• Ability to handle a high caseload volume efficiently and effectively
• Strong negotiation skills
• Client focused with a compassionate approach to personal injury representation
• Admitted to practice law in the highest court in the state where barred (Georgia Bar admission preferred) and in good standing

Pay

• In addition to the base pay - 20-25% of the attorney's fees for all personal injury cases for which you ARE the procuring cause
• In addition to the base pay - 7-12% of the attorney's fees for all personal injury cases for which you handle but ARE NOT the procuring cause
