Job Duties Represent clients in all phases of civil litigation, including discovery and trial.Conduct legal research and analysis.Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, discovery, pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.Appear in court.Take and defend depositions.Assist with trial preparation.Manage multiple matters while meeting deadlines.Communicate effectively with clients, attorneys, and other legal professionals.Utilize legal research and document management software as needed. Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) degree.Admission to the California State Bar required.2+ years of civil litigation experience.Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.Excellent communication and organizational abilities.Strong attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple matters and meet deadlines.Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with attorneys and support staff.Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.Familiarity with legal research and document management software.
