This role offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced practitioners on high-profile employment litigation matters for sophisticated employers across a variety of industries. The practice is known for handling complex and impactful workplace disputes, providing associates with meaningful client contact, substantive litigation responsibility, and strong mentorship opportunities. ResponsibilitiesManage employment litigation matters from inception through resolution.Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other litigation-related documents.Conduct legal research and analysis.Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and other case proceedings.Collaborate closely with partners and senior attorneys on strategic case management.Provide practical legal advice and solutions to employer clients. Qualifications4-7 years of labor and employment litigation experience.Experience handling some combination of:Single-plaintiff employment mattersDiscrimination, harassment, and retaliation claimsWrongful termination litigationWage and hour disputesClass, collective, or representative actionsStrong analytical, writing, and communication skills.Ability to manage matters independently while working effectively within a team environment.Demonstrated problem-solving skills and sound professional judgment.Active California Bar admission required.
