Responsibilities

• Managing cases through all phases of litigation
• Taking and defending depositions
• Motion practice and discovery
• Court appearances, mediations, and arbitrations
• Client communication and reporting
• Trial preparation

Requirements

Attorney with 2+ years of insurance defense experience.

Experience in general liability defense, including Auto, Construction Defect, Workers' Comp, General Liability, Med Mal/Nursing Home, Professional Lines, Premise Liability and Products Liability, First Party and PIP.

Pay

$130,000 - $200,000 per year

Schedule

Hybrid and remote flexibility; can work on-site in Albuquerque, remotely within New Mexico, or in a hybrid arrangement.
