Attendant Room

Role Purpose

As a Room Attendant – you’ll make sure our rooms and suites are always ‘fresh and welcoming’ for our guests after a busy day at work – creating a haven for them to escape and relax in - or get a bit of last minute work done.

Key Accountabilities

• Maintain rooms at high standards
• Help guests with requests
• Keep supervisor informed of room service progress and repair needs
• Follow safety procedures and wear protective equipment
• Organize supplies and minimize waste
• Reunite lost items with owners
• Wear uniform with pride
• Perform other tasks as assigned

Key Skills & Experiences

• Physical fitness
• Strength for occasional lifting up to 50 pounds
• Bend and kneel to complete activities
• Literacy skills (reading, writing, basic math)
• Flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays

The Hourly Pay Rate

The hourly pay rate for this role is $17.75.
