Attendant Room
As a Room Attendant, you’ll ensure our rooms and suites are always ‘fresh and welcoming’ for guests—creating a haven for them to escape, relax, or get work done.
Responsibilities
- Maintain high standards to make each room special and memorable for guests.
- Assist guests with requests such as providing toiletries or directions.
- Update your supervisor on room service progress and report any needed repairs.
- Follow established safety procedures and wear protective equipment when required.
- Stay organized with supplies and amenities, minimizing waste.
- Reunite lost items with owners and log lost-and-found property.
- Wear your uniform with pride and maintain a professional appearance.
- Perform ad-hoc duties as needed to support the team.
- Monitor and control supplies and amenities to reduce waste.
- Report, turn in, or log all lost-and-found items according to procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure excellent service quality.
- Assist with deep cleaning projects and turndown duties as required.
- Support other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Physical fitness—you’ll be on your feet most of the day.
- Strength to lift items up to 50 pounds (23 kilograms) and push/pull heavy objects.
- Ability to bend and kneel for certain tasks.
- Basic literacy skills (reading, writing, and math).
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
This property is located on a US Military Installation. A Federal Background check, conducted by the Installation Visitor's Center, is required to access the installation for an interview. If hired, this background check must be renewed annually at minimum. DOD-sponsored ID holders are exempt from this process.
Pay
The salary range listed reflects the lowest to highest pay scale we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of posting. Actual pay may vary based on education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business needs. No amount of pay is considered earned, vested, or determinable until paid.
