Attendant Room

As a Room Attendant, you’ll ensure our rooms and suites are always fresh and welcoming for guests, creating a haven for them to relax or work.

Responsibilities

• Ensure rooms meet our standards and create a special, memorable experience for guests.
• Assist guests with requests such as providing toiletries or directions.
• Keep supervisors updated on room service progress and report any needed repairs.
• Follow established safety procedures and wear protective equipment when required.
• Stay organized with supplies and amenities, minimizing waste.
• Reunite lost items with owners and log lost-and-found property.
• Maintain a professional appearance by wearing your uniform with pride.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as needed to support the team.
• Monitor and control supplies and amenities to reduce waste.
• Report, turn in, or log all lost-and-found items according to procedures.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure excellent service quality.
• Assist with deep cleaning projects and turndown duties as required.

Requirements

• Physical fitness is important, as you’ll be on your feet most of the day.
• Ability to lift items up to 50 pounds (23 kilograms) and push/pull heavy objects.
• May require bending and kneeling to complete tasks.
• Basic literacy skills, including reading, writing, and math.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Pay

$17.75 per hour.
