Attendant Room

About the role

As a Room Attendant, you’ll ensure our rooms and suites are always ‘fresh and welcoming’ for our guests after a busy day—creating a haven for them to escape, relax, or get last-minute work done.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards to make each room special and memorable for guests.
• Assist guests with requests such as providing toiletries or directions.
• Keep your supervisor updated on room service progress and report any needed repairs.
• Follow established safety procedures and wear protective equipment when required.
• Stay organized with supplies and amenities, minimizing waste.
• Reunite lost items with owners and log lost-and-found property.
• Maintain a professional appearance by wearing your uniform with pride.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as needed to support the team.
• Monitor and control supplies to reduce waste in housekeeping areas.
• Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure excellent service quality.
• Assist with deep cleaning projects and turndown duties as required.

Requirements

• Physical fitness—you’ll be on your feet most of the day, with occasional lifting of items up to 50 pounds (23 kilograms) or pushing/pulling heavy objects.
• Ability to bend and kneel for certain tasks.
• Basic literacy skills, including reading, writing, and math.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Pay

The hourly pay range for this role is $16.50 to $18.
