About the role

As an Entry-Level Attendant Recruiter, you'll help build our caregiving team by finding, interviewing, hiring and welcoming compassionate caregivers. In this role, you'll support the hiring process from start to finish, create a positive candidate experience, and help ensure we have great caregivers ready to provide exceptional care to our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls, take messages, and transfer calls to appropriate personnel.
  • Greet and assist visitors while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Support staff with faxing, copying, and use of postage equipment.
  • Report issues with telephones, postage meter, copier, or fax equipment.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and professional reception area.
  • Assist with ordering office supplies with supervisor approval.
  • Perform additional administrative duties as assigned.
  • Actively recruit and source candidates for Personal Care Attendant positions.
  • Screen applicants to assess qualifications and match them to client needs.
  • Conduct orientations for new attendants and review company policies.
  • Maintain organized applicant and orientation documentation.
  • Utilize strong communication, negotiation, and time-management skills during recruitment.

Qualifications

General Requirements

  • Must speak and understand English proficiently; Spanish is a plus.
  • Clear Criminal Background Check.
  • Must not have disqualifying convictions under Health and Safety Code 250.
  • Professional appearance and self-motivation.
  • Must have a valid Texas driver’s license and a clear background record.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to sit or stand for long periods.
  • Ability to communicate verbally, use a keyboard, and read printed/electronic materials.
  • Ability to lift 30–50 lbs. depending on task.
  • Ability to get in/out of a vehicle and travel for recruitment activities.

Education & Experience

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred.
  • Experience in Home Health, Personal Care, or CNA work preferred (6 months – 2 years).
  • Customer Service Experience (1 year preferred).
  • Knowledge of compliance, documentation, and handling confidential records.
  • Comfortable using computers (Microsoft Word, Excel) and office equipment.
  • Experience with front-desk duties like answering phones and greeting visitors.
  • Experience recruiting, screening, or training caregivers, especially in home health.
