About the role

American Fidelity Assurance is seeking an Account Service Coordinator to support the Utah sales team and market products to the educational community. This position involves selling supplemental insurance products to K-12 public schools and building strong relationships with customers and teaching associations.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the sales team and maintain existing K-12 School accounts by selling worksite insurance products and services to the educational community.
  • Consult with current customers to provide value and meet their financial needs.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and teaching association executives.
  • Develop customized needs-based employee benefit packages through annual benefit enrollments and group presentations.
  • Participate in an extended training program including on-the-job training, product & sales schools, and online training.

Requirements

  • Must reside in the specific territory and be willing to travel overnight.
  • Must have 60 hours of college education or an associate degree.
  • Pass financial, criminal, and motor vehicle background checks.

  • Demonstrated leadership qualities.
  • Sales awards and/or successful sales experiences.
