Attendant Pool - Full Time, Nightlife (Harrah's Atlantic City)

About the role

Checks for satisfaction and effectively resolves service breakdowns when they exist. Promotes Caesars Rewards programs and card membership. Provides a warm farewell and thanks guests for visiting.

Responsibilities

• Maintains safety and cleanliness of the pool area at all times.
• Makes sure all activities on the pool deck and towel desk are monitored.
• Enforces pool rules, secures designated areas, and assists guests as needed.
• Operates cash register and accurately settles checks according to established procedures.
• Cleans recreational areas and equipment.
• Tests and treats pool water to maintain standards.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Prior customer service experience.
