What You Will Be Doing

• Carry out individualized motivation sessions applying your competitive discipline as coaching techniques
• Facilitate dynamic morning assemblies to activate and focus the entire student group
• Lead interactive life-skills workshops where students practice resilience, leadership, and goal-setting
• Deliver organized afternoon athletic training embodying championship principles
• Engage proactively with each student throughout the day, intervening as needed

What You Won’t Be Doing

• Act as a passive figurehead or symbolic presence
• Deliver conventional classroom instruction or adhere to lesson plans

Basic Requirements

• Former elite athletes with proven success at the highest levels of sport
• Bachelor's degree in any subject
• Proven experience using sport to mentor and coach life skills
• Demonstrated motivational leadership in athletic, academic, or professional settings
• Legal right to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
• Willingness to live in or relocate to Austin, TX
