Responsibilities
- Congverting competitive discipline into concrete strategies for student development
- Leading dynamic morning assemblies to set a focused mindset
- Facilitating life-skills workshops that instill resilience, leadership, and discipline
- Executing structured afternoon sports sessions reinforcing perseverance, teamwork, and performance standards
- Leveraging student performance data and direct observation to intervene promptly
Requirements
- Former elite athletes with a competitive background
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Demonstrated experience mentoring and teaching life skills
- Proven track record of motivational leadership
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without requiring visa sponsorship
- Willingness to reside in or relocate to Austin, TX
